Tate De Silva | Consultant

TATE conducts a broad range of litigation matters.  

She involves in court cases or disputes relating to contract, confidential information, copyright, trade mark, employment, insolvency and winding up, commercial tenancy, matrimonial financial and parenting matters, proceeds of crime, breach of bio-security regulation, and white-collar crime.

In addition to litigation practice, she also handles property transactions and business transactions, designs new franchise systems, and negotiates hotel and property development deals.

From April 2022, she will take leave from legal practice in order to pursue Public International Law (Advanced LL.M.) at the prestigious Universiteit Leiden.  She will remain as a consultant of Jasper Lawyers on part time basis.
